IMPORTANT: These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of BonaFX services. By registering, accessing, or using any BonaFX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About BonaFX

BonaFX is a proprietary trading evaluation company and is not a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor. BonaFX does not accept public deposits.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts. BonaFX reserves the right to refuse service based on compliance or legal requirements.

Services Provided

BonaFX provides simulated trading evaluations and proprietary trading programs. Access to evaluation accounts is granted only after successful evaluation and internal review.

No Investment Advice

All trading decisions are made solely by the trader. BonaFX does not provide trading advice, signals, or portfolio management.

Evaluation Rules

Traders must comply with all trading rules, including profit targets, maximum daily loss, and maximum overall drawdown. Rule violations result in immediate account termination.

Evaluation Accounts

Evaluation accounts may operate in simulated or proprietary environments. BonaFX reserves full discretion regarding account structure and risk management.

Profit Sharing

Reward structures are defined per account type. BonaFX reserves the right to modify profit-sharing conditions or scaling programs.

Fees & Payments

Evaluation fees are refundable after third payout. BonaFX charge recurring subscription fees unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited Practices

Prohibited activities include:

System manipulation
Arbitrage abuse
Latency exploitation
Hedge
Scalping
Account sharing
Third-party trade copying
HFT (High Frequency Trading)

Account Suspension & Termination

BonaFX may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All BonaFX content, platforms, and materials are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BonaFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of its services.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the BonaFX Privacy Policy.

Amendments

BonaFX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws as determined by BonaFX's jurisdiction.
