Payout Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when you get paid.

IMPORTANT: This Payout Policy outlines the rules, conditions, and procedures governing profit withdrawals for traders participating in BonaFX evaluation and funded trading programs. By using BonaFX services, you acknowledge and agree to this Payout Policy.

Eligibility for Payouts

Payouts are available only to traders who:

  • Successfully pass all evaluation phases
  • Hold an active funded BonaFX account
  • Have not violated any trading or risk management rules
  • Have completed all required compliance and verification checks

Profit Calculation

Profits are calculated based on closed trades only. Floating profits or losses are not considered eligible for withdrawal.

All profit calculations are performed according to BonaFX internal systems and records, which are considered final.

Minimum Profit Requirement

A minimum profit threshold must be achieved before a payout request can be submitted. This threshold may vary depending on account type, size, or current payout structure.

Payout Schedule

Payouts may be requested after completion of the defined profit cycle for the evaluation account. Payout request windows, processing times, and cycles are determined by BonaFX and may be adjusted at any time.

Reward Structure

Traders are entitled to a predefined percentage of the profits generated on their evaluation account. Reward structure percentages depend on the account type and may be increased for traders who demonstrate consistent profitability and disciplined risk management.

Scaling & Performance-Based Adjustments

BonaFX may offer account scaling or improved reward structures to traders who meet specific performance criteria. Scaling decisions are discretionary and subject to internal review.

Payout Methods

Approved payouts are processed through the available payout methods supported by BonaFX. BonaFX does not charge payout fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

Compliance Review

All payout requests are subject to compliance, risk, and performance review. BonaFX reserves the right to delay, adjust, or reject payout requests if irregular trading behavior, rule violations, or suspicious activity is detected.

Drawdown Violations

If a trader breaches maximum daily or overall drawdown limits, the account is immediately terminated. Any pending or future payout requests related to the breached account will be void.

Taxes

Traders are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to received payouts.

Policy Amendments

BonaFX reserves the right to modify this Payout Policy at any time. Continued use of BonaFX services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
